Since childhood I used movement and dance as means of expressing, mostly what I could not verbally express, therefore I used to create and learn hours of choreographies that I used to watch mostly on TV, then improvise on what I have learnt. It was only after many years of doing some other things and education, that I discovered again dance, in a different format at the Paintbrush Factory in Cluj Napoca, working with the artist and dancer Mihaela Dancs in one of her workshops. It was in that moment after many years where I have seen that it is possible to do what I like and what feels natural to me and not going after what the societal norms tell I should do. Afterwards, I followed series of workshops which focused on dance, personal development activities, creative labs when I discovered Contact Improvisation, Butoh and Sufi Whirling - which, in the moment of meeting revealed to me myself and that since the beginning I was already dancing these dances though I wasn’t aware.
I started going to festivals, workshops that were focused on Contact Improvisation and Butoh. Then I immediately started a collaboration with the Russian artist Sasha Dodo, also with Katreni Maticce from Russia.
I have taken part in the artistic labs, SOLIPSIS, developed by Sasha Dodo (RU) which ended in a performance at Urania Palace in Cluj Napoca, Romania.
I was a performer in Katreni Maticce's (RU) performance I AM LALLA, that took place at the National Dance Center in Bucharest, Romania.
Movement and dance gradually became again a lifestyle and a field of inner and constant research - this time however, more structured, more aware, more hopeful because I have found also the collective which shares the same desire as I do.
Dance also unlocked some other bodies of expression, that of poetry. Since I have always had an affinity for languages, linguistics and philosophy of language - poetry gives me this freedom to play within some realms where we normally don’t play. I play with language, this giving me the opportunity to at least touch the mystery which is outside and inside and the running dance that exists between the two dimensions. Therefore, I write poetry inspired by movement, or just poetry inspired. I have a collection of poems called -Poetry for Dance - inspired by the Butoh-Fu notation developed by Tatsumi Hijikata.
Besides my genuine interest in movement I am also keen on Tarot used as a tool for self-knowledge. I also do Tarot Readings & Counseling together with Talking Sessions & Somatic Tools; these are gifts and tools that I receive and I have developed by experience and self-learning and I provide them as ways of connecting to our own system of inner guidance.
I have also did formal education in Literature, Linguistics and Philosophy at Babes Bolyai University at the Faculty of Letters and the Faculty of History in Philosophy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
I have worked for already many years in the Romanian educational system as a teacher - guiding, teaching, counseling, but mostly doing paper work in an environment which bases its existence on files and signatures - however, after a while I felt I couldn’t fit this old established discourse and structure, neither I could witness and encourage the same rotten ways of education and expression, it was a visceral need to change and find some other ways, therefore I have developed the ALCHEMY SOMATIC concept that came from a personal need for expressing, creating and educating myself within a context that gathers people and children to alchemize through somatic practices, dance, movement and poetry which are the ways of the heart and contribute to our own vertical and authentic being and development.
I have a small collection of poems called Poetry for Dance inspired by Butoh dance and and the Butoh-Fu notation. It is about waiting. It is about receiving. It is about expression. It is about learning and unlearning. It is about unfolding. It is about disequilibrium. It is about fluids. It is about movement. It is about words which await to be danced. It is about wholeness and emptiness. It is about alchemy. It is about words becoming poetry. It is about poetry functioning as a choreographic practice. It is about poetry coming out of movement. It is about poetry becoming dance. It is about poetry functioning itself as a body which eventually embodies itself unconsciously into the somatic body.

Alchemy Somatic is an educational, artistic and experimental concept that I have developed in order to create a context where dance and movement events happen.
Alchemy Somatic promotes and emphasizes education through movement, dance and its forms. It also focuses on integrating somatic practices within the somatic development of each person, for the body represents the here and now, therefore whatever experience, vision, dream we have, if it not passes through the body in order to be understood, processed and alchemized it is not experienced.
It is a context where everyone irrespective of their experience can join and practice, dance, be together with other people, express their uniqueness, alchemize by going through some interesting combination of practices and different approaches of the teachers.
In 2018 I organized two events that included Contact Improvisation, GAGA and Feldenkrais practice, under the form of a Residency. //Transylvania Contact Improvisation Residency.2018. There were invited four teachers who guided the entire process: Elisa Ghion (Italy), Sveta Bird (Ukraine), Melanie Sorin Silva (Germany), Alon Ritter (Israel).
The second event was focused on Butoh and Sensitive Dance, a workshop that was guided in the nature of Transylvania by CompagniaKha from Italy. CompagniaKha composed by Kea Tonetti and Tivi Tavi. The workshop happened entirely in nature, in the forest.
